Biography

Michael Sebsibe is an Associate in MLA’s Corporate and Tax Practice Group. His primary expertise are investment laws, commercial legal matters, and telecom regulations. Prior to joining MLA, Michael worked as a legal documents translator and researcher in one of a local law office.

Selected Experience              

• Advised and processed for the incorporation of subsidiaries, branches, project offices, and commercial representative offices (CRO’s) for various companies including multinational corporations.

• Advised foreign companies in relation to dissolution and winding up of their companies in Ethiopia
• Prepared legal opinions on various commercial matters, tax issues, telecommunication sector, forex regulation, and etc…
• Assisted on a number of legal due diligence assignments.
• Drafted reviewed various legal documents such as shareholder agreements, lease agreements, minutes, NDA’s, SPA’s, MoA’s, AoA’s, various contracts, etc.
